Hello,
Me and my fellow game developers are looking for a person in GTA who loves fishing.
We know nothing about fishing and would love someone who loves the sport that can guide us.
Please only reply if you know a lot about fishing, this is just a fun project, but if you need money for your time, I think we can do that too.

Please tell us more. Some fish are just plain easy.. I'd never say "I" know a lot about anything.. Some of the members here manage some pretty impressive catches & reports.. I'd put my Salmon & Muskie up against any.. With the help of the good membership here, I've managed some good fish.

Like Sunfish said, please tell us more. I too have an extensive background in general sportsfishing. Many members will also have intense "species specific" or seasonal experiences such as Sunfish indicated, along with geographical and even "old school" methodology.
I note also you are game developers - I assume from this you mean "board" type games or equivalent. I was involved in the production end of a variety of such games, including the first edition of Balderdash amongst others not so well known, as well as playing card (Hoyle, CND, & custom) production. Be interesting to see what your concept might be.

That's why I need someone exactly for this reason, i know nothing about fishing or fisherman or those who love fishing.
Both of you do seem very into the sport, and I'd love to have you help me.
Basically, we are making a game, where you play as a fisher, right in your browser. In the game you get to travel to different fishing destination, catch fish, buy boats, buy lures, and all that jazz... and we want to know how it all works, and it would be helpful to having a fishing addict or a fishing expert help us design the game, the tournaments, and explain to us the best fish and all that jazz... it'll be fun I think if the person is passionate about fishing.
The game will be free to play on the net!
Do you guys have MSN/AIM/ICQ or anything, I'd love to chat or even talk on the phone sometime.
